We will do our utmost to ensure quality of our products. Packaging material such as product shippers and item boxes are meant to protect the product and are not part of the product. Thus item boxes are not covered under our warranty. To all box collectors, we will try our best to ensure our items are packed as well as possible with multi-ply cardboard boxes and bubble wraps. However this may add to shipping costs. Please send us an email regarding this when making an order.
Returns and refunds are determined on a case-to-case basis and will be given at discretion. Fees will be levied in such instances.
We do not offer refunds or rebates for the following cases:
1. Item/packaging damage as a result of transit or mishandling by postal services;
2. Manufacturing defect or QC issues affecting random pieces;
3. Factory seal on products has been broken; or if item has been played with.
4. Painting errors
5. Changing of mind
